CERCEC (Centre for Russian, Caucasian and Central European Studies, UMR8083) as relevant data controller hereby informs you that your data are processed. Where certain information is mandatory to access specific site functionalities, this mandatory nature is indicated at the point where the data are captured. Should you refuse to provide that mandatory information, you may well not have access to certain services.

Data are retained as follows

  • After an event, the data required on registration are deleted.
  • After three years of inactivity, personal data are deleted under your right to be forgotten.

No data are transferred outside the European Union.

  • request the portability or deletion of your data;
  • request the deletion of your account;
